The big day and afterparty will take place at
We’ll be surrounded by 25 acres of woodlands, meadows and lakes. And importantly, the venue has no neighbours, no curfew and no corkage(!!) – meaning the party can go on as long as we like!
SCHEDULE
Monday 7 June:
Arrival for immediate family and wedding party. Campers are welcome to arrive Monday evening too, just please let us know beforehand.
Tuesday 8 June:
2.00pm - Guest arrival
2.30pm - Ceremony
3.15pm - Cocktail reception
5.00pm - Speeches and Dinner
8.00pm - Party
Wednesday 9 June:
Relaxing morning with sauna and cold plunge available on site, or feel free to head to the local beach for a dip before round two!
1.00pm - Pool party throughout the day
2.30pm - BBQ food
4.30pm - Party and (obvs) karaoke
Thursday 10 June:
Off site by 10am
ACCOMMODATION
Immediate family and the wedding party are invited to stay in the main house and we’ll be in touch about this separately.
There is camping and glamping options on site. If you’d like to do this please let us know ASAP to secure your spot. Bringing your own tent is free and glamping starts from £175 for a 2-3 person bell tent.
Rest assured, campers will NOT be slumming it. Alongside the camping area there are proper loos, hot showers and a separate room with mirrors and plugs to get yourself wedding ready! You’re very welcome to use the facilities in the main house too.
If you would prefer to stay off site, there are some lovely hotels and B&Bs in Braunton and the surrounding villages. We’d recommend booking ASAP as it’s a popular holiday spot.
TRAVEL
If arriving by car, there is plenty of parking on-site for guests.
For anyone arriving by train, Barnstaple is the nearest station, which is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
There are several local taxi services for drop offs and picks up.
DRESS CODE & WHAT TO BRING
Funky formal for the main event.
No dress code for pool party and BBQ the next day - just remember to bring your cozzies and trunks.
All food and drink will be provided at the cocktail reception and dinner. We’ll have some drinks prepped for the party but there’s no paid bar so please also BYOB for the evening!
For the following day, we’ll provide BBQ food but please bring along any extra drinks, snacks, a picnic blanket and pool party supplies.
